With only 2 days before the State Time Trials, I decided to use the indoor trainer and complete the pre-race warm-up this morning to ensure I had no technical difficulties the morning of the race. It was an excellent warm-up/workout this morning. 16.7m in 62 min with an avg HR of 133. Weather was 74 deg with 84% humidity which made it tough on the trainer. This workout was provided by Ben (his race warm-up routine). I loaded into my Garmin Edge 305 and it walked me through each of the 14 Steps.
