Today I was able to break away for the normal Thursday lunch ride to the small hills around base. It was obvious I hadn't rode any hills in quite some time, I was able to complete 3 loops and felt better after each one.
I was able to complete 3 loops (good thing the weather was cool) and overhaul felt better after each loop.
