AMR x2 Lunch ride



Menu for today was hill training around a place referred to as AMR (max elev. 370 feet). I took it easy on the 1st loop to see how I would deal with the mid-day heat and then gave it all I had on the 2nd loop reaching my Max HR (185). It was a good day of training and I can tell I'm getting stronger however I could also tell I hadn't been climbing in awhile.
