Quality Training with the HACC

Today was a quality day of "crit" training for the upcoming race on Hickam this Sunday. The pack headed to the tower for a good warm-up that turned into an all out sprint by anyone that wanted to hang on. Then we headed to where the race is going to be to work on cornering within, then we did a good 10 min's worth of race pace laps. This is going to be harder than I'd expected and my #1 goal is to stay on two wheels.
Overall a good day of training, 17.19m, avg speed 17.2 - max speed 31.7 mph, avg HR 145 max HR 174, calories 1027
